Thursday 11th June
We arrive in Port Melbourne at approx 7.15am, we are all VERY tired and fed up, really rough night on the ship and none of us got much in the way of sleep (at least no one was ill). We drive a fair way today and free camp at No: 557 near Bordertown (VIC/SA) we travel via Beaufort, Stawell, Horsham (we have lunch here), Dimboola and Kaniva. We sleep really well even though its popular with the truckies!!
Girls in their PJ's (even baby Emma has a matching pair with Racheal):

Monday 1st June
We leave Oatlands (lovely town) and keep heading North, we stop in at Ross (a lovely town with the most amazing heritage buildings) we stopped at the bakery and had lunch by the open fire (will miss that sort of thing - too hot for open fires in QLD) Matt and I had salmon & brie pies, Laura had a curried scallop pie and Racheal a huge sausage roll (with lashing of Dead horse of course!!:D), we really loved Ross
Church in Ross:
We then head to Deloraine, we drive through Campbell Town another historic town. We decide to stay at the Deloraine CP tonight as Racheal has a slight chill in her ear. Once at the CP we off load the van and head for Chudleigh (another of Racheal's demands!!!) the Honey Farm - the girls learn more about Bee's and their very important role in the eco system, tasted heaps of honey, Caroline purchased some 97% natural shampoo and conditioner!!!

Beautiful spot to camp though beside the lake, very quiet just rather cool......

Friday 29th May 2009
The day Racheal has been waiting for has finally arrived!!!!! We make our way mid morning to Claremont where the factory is by the sea!!!
We learn't a lot about the history of Cadbury and the chocolate making process, the girls listened, oohhh and aahhhh and we were all amazed at just how many cocoa beans were needed for ONE freddo frog (I won't look at them the same way again). Then of course was "The Shop" and all that seconds chocolate - nothing wrong with it, just slight imperfections - well about 15kg and $30 later we walked out!!!

Thursday 28th May
We say our goodbyes to Barry and Carol (Thanks for your hospitality it was much appreciated - we will catch up on the mainland). We head to Hobart - we are staying 2 nights at the showground (only $36 for powered site for 2 nights, cheaper than one night at the crappy CP at Richmond). We leave the van at the showgrounds and do a tour of Hobart - nice place, lovely views.
Tomorrow the day Racheal has been waiting for THE CADBURY FACTORY..................
