Today is a BIG day for the girls - they start the new school term at Kununurra District school (after a year of home schooling we are all a little nervous) the school is in walking distance, so the 3 of us walk together (Caroline will be super fit by the time we leave here) because of the heat school starts at 8am and is done by 2pm. They are both very excited and are up at 5am!!! they meet with their new teachers (Laura has a male teacher) Laura is gutted as they have put her in Grade 3 - in QLD she would be in Grade 4 and we have been teaching from Grade 4 text books, however its only till November and will be a good opportunity to refresh the mind and make some friends, we will continue home schooling when we leave for Broome. Caroline starts work in the office next week and will continue to clean on the weekends. Will keep you all posted

Sorry we haven't been in contact for a while.
It sounds like you guy's have settled in for a couple of months, We hope the girls enjoy there time at their new school?
We are still at Alice Springs, my step mum let us use her unit, while she went home for 10 days,so we put the van in storage and slept in a real bed, and sat on a real couch, great LOL.
We are heading out to the MacDonnell range west on Monday for a week, come back into Alice to see my Brother, then head up to Darwin.
We are looking forward to seeing you guy's, if you are there in Oct/Nov, we might be there in time.
Anyway, have a great time, girl's at your new school, and the boy's all say hello to you both.
And we will see you all later, we are still looking forward to that beer and wine with you guy's.
